Each year, the American Society for Gravitational and Space Research (ASGSR) Annual Meeting brings together the biological and physical space sciences community to share research, build collaborations, and discuss emerging issues in the field. Founded in 1984, ASGSR is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the understanding of how biological and physical systems respond to variable gravity conditions, including low-gravity and hypergravity environments.

The society provides a forum to foster research, education, and professional development across multidisciplinary fields of gravitational life and physical sciences. ASGSR members represent academia, government, and industry interests bonded by a common focus: how living organisms and physical systems respond to gravity.
